The task of this stage of the Program is to support the participants, who are already successful people, thinking over world outlook and philosophy questions. Fundamentals and principles of running a business, management and leader mission of the company’s owner are learned.
Concepts of Happiness
Course offers audience to reflect on their personal biggest basic principles, life and work guidelines, to find their authentic [real, personal] significance. Such philosophical practice gives a chance to think deeply over personal mission in business and to achieve far more bigger life productivity and own business organization, as a result of more clear vision formation.
Thinking Process Engineering
One of the biggest values of successful businessman is to find solutions, which other people cannot even see. Idea becomes a real invention if it can solve contradictions between statements, which look like inconsistent to others. Decisions and ideas made in such a way often overcome clients’ expectations and competitors’ abilities. They can be even called almost Ideal Decisions. How conscious is this feature? How can it be transmitted to your managerial team members? What to do in order not to lose it with age? Answers on these questions may be found in formalized theories which are used in leading companies in process of strategy and new products’ development. They have something in common and in some aspects they are different, which allows participants to choose most natural and suitable formalized ways of creative thinking.

Ukraine and the World – historic & political discussions
Historic context of geopolitical condition of Ukraine. What do we have in common with skiffs, khozars and polovtsi? Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk of AD 1710: ideological source of modern democracy, or historic misunderstanding? Influence of Cossacks on formation of modern European culture. East-West: are these the only vectors for modern Ukraine? Who are we: post-soviet country, European fault, post-colonial society, buffer between East and West, or potential world power-center [economical and political tiger]?
Corporate Social Responsibility, policy, ideology, lobbying
Socialization, education, status, impact – theories of social self-restoration and role of individual as agent of social changes. Basis for ideologies: liberalism, conservatism, social-democracy, nationalism. Concept of evolution and ecological issue of Corporate Social Responsibility. Civil society, publicity, power, business – are common values possible? The role of business in politics – is “cultural” interaction possible? Before whom is “elite” responsible?
Leadership
Model of leadership development. Concentration and most successful innovative ways of leader’s behavior [talent, speed, quality, technology, balance]. Functions of leader: to define the way, form network and inspire team on best result. Enforcing organizational culture of leadership. Leadership in team of professionals. Words of Saint-Eksuperi may be an epigraph to this course: “If you want to build a ship, don’t order your people to go chop wood in the forest, saw it and then tie it to one piece. Instead – teach them how to be obsessed with the sea”.
Psychology of Management
The course is focused on understanding personality, behavior and emotions, stress management. The analysis of system of ideas, which concepts of organizational behavior, interaction, stages of team and organization development base on, are included in the program of the course. Team Management Management: art, craft or science? Triangle of managerial styles. Manager’s and of leader’s functions. Authentic side of leadership. Creating organization which sustains task-oriented activities. Energetic zones of organization.

No matter what qualities and peculiarities of business-model your business-units show apart from one another, it is important what qualities your business portfolio shows as a whole. Or how this portfolio will look like if you add another business to it.
