Most of electives are functional courses. The wide choice them is an opportunity to study the most interesting and useful courses for every Presidents' MBA participant and allows concentrating on main things. You can choose among following:

Project Management
Strategic, operation, financial and organizational aspects of project management. Setting goals, logical scheme, calendar schedule and budget of the project. Responsibility and commitments. Role of project manager and work of project team.

Managerial Economics consists of two parts:
[I] Microeconomics – this course teaches how to foresee rational human behavior in real economics, how to maximize company’s profit with help of prices and production amount according to market type, how to make effective decisions, when competitors actions are known, basing on game theory.
[II] Macroeconomics – illustrates fundamental macroeconomical objectives of market-economy and its influence on organizations. Structure of GDP is defined, inflation, unemployment, economic growth and government role are highlighted. Modern macroeconomic situation of Ukraine is analyzed.

Quantitative Analysis and Statistics for Managers
To make effective decisions manager should orient in situation, i.e. analyze available data, be able to organize new data collection with defined aim and in conditions of limited resources, make data interpretation indifferent ways, find correlations and regularity, make forecasts, present data in suitable form, understand borders of peculiar methods and terms use, notions and interpretations made. You should learn speak one language with analytics and set them clear tasks. Objective of the course is to equip you with such skills, knowledge, and peculiar concepts understanding and use.

Sales Management
Key aspects of the course illustrate construction of sales organization and main elements of sales culture, which come from the corporate strategy; development and evaluation of strategic sales plan is also highlighted. Main topics of the course are: managed sales creativity, markets’ matrixes, main mistakes of sales, planning and forming assortment, tools of improving sales, organization and control of regional distribution, customer relations management.

Business Communications
Objective of the course is to demonstrate best practices and develop skills and competences needed for public speaking and presentations, mass-media relations, negotiations and team work.

Information Systems Management
This course presents strategic tasks of company’s network management, from Information Systems Management view. Realizing subject and principles of e-business, CRM, information security and knowledge management, you will understand such fundamental concepts, as systematic thinking, creating value process through informational systems, and basics of generating and forming knowledge in and out of organization.

Production and Service Operation Management
On one hand, course teaches full managerial view of strategic analysis, and making decisions regards operation processes on the other. Among highlighted topics: service concept and operations strategy, structure of effective system of service delivery, service productivity assessment, quality management in production and service, personnel policy influence, techniques of profit management.

Financial Accounting
Course presents intensive analysis in accordance to world-known principles of financial accounting [GAAP] regards assets accounting, standard and alternative procedures for working assets, investments, main capital and nonmaterial assets.

Financial Management
Course gives detailed knowledge of financial decision-making principles and methods, assessment, activities in securities market. Course underlines analytical, calculative and managerial skills, which managers needed in order to solve financial problems.

Managerial Accounting
Course focuses on questions how costs of production or service delivery are defined in accounting system, how such information is used in making managerial decisions, in planning and business operations.

Business Processes Management
Basics of business process management in organization, approaches to strategic business-modeling and ways of implementing strategic ideas on operational level are taught in the course. Every Presidents' MBA participant chooses the courses he/she would like to study on the basis of consultations with faculty depending on personal development plan.
