In the course of the session, Pavlo Sheremeta, the Dean of kmbs, acted as a moderator helping representatives of the company to set the session’s direction and rhythm. About 250 AXA managers from all the regions of Ukraine have got an excellent opportunity to discuss major issues of insurance business development in Ukraine, the AXA company’s role in the insurance market; also, the company’s top management presented results of its work during the last year. During the second part of the strategic session, moderated by Pavlo Sheremeta, the company representatives discussed perspectives of development and future steps to secure leading positions both in Ukrainian and international market. Besides the discussion of such matters as planned vs. spontaneous strategy, strategic and operational efficiency, value innovation, the participants worked intensively in groups and have developed a strategic thread for the company. A vivid discussion concerning the thread parameters lead to important strategic managerial conclusions. Now, the strategic session culminated at an exceptionally inspiring master class by Pavlo Sheremeta–‘The Conductor’s Lessons’.
