kmbs generates “live” knowledge. Though only professors-managers are involved in teaching at kmbs. One should take into account an important fact that faculty don't lecture, but interact with class and discuss managerial problems and experience of their successful [or not] solving.

Innovative Programs

kmbs is known to be the most innovative business school in Ukraine by right: we were first to create 5-block Executive MBA program in Ukraine. Such world-known gurus of different management fields as Jack Trout, Philip Kotler, Mitchell Kusy, Karl Zaininger lecture to kmbs Executive MBA participants. kmbs also tends to take participants out of well-known and broaden their views – that's why we were first to initiate first Ukrainian study tour to such enterprises as “Kahovka's Electro Welding Plant”, Agro-industrial company “Chumak” and “Tavria” [2004], and also conduct practices of management in “Pechera” restaurant, in mountains, during laser-battles in “Megazone”, on “Farmak” plant, on salty snacks' factory of Kraft Foods Ukraina, on companies of our participants.

You have to pass 23 obligatory and 2-3 elective courses on kmbs Executive MBA program in order to receive MBA diploma. All courses are connected with 5-block structure, and start with block “Leading Self” and finish with “Leading Change”. Master's project which is to prepare with the help of kmbs faculty consultations is the real consulting project. It is based on real company analysis [you choose company]. This project is the conclusion of your MBA-experience.

Challenging Requirements

kmbs Executive MBA Program is a sort of a club. Not everybody can boast of being a member of “kmbs Executive MBA Program participant”. Even less people can boast of being a member of “kmbs Executive MBA Program alumni”.
