Previously Serhiy has worked as deputy rector and Business School Director at the L’viv Management Institute. He led several successful Ukrainian companies’ research projects.
Serhiy has graduated from the L’viv State University named after Ivan Franko [applied math], defended his Ph.D. thesis at the L’viv Politechnika and received his MBA diploma from the L’viv Management Institute. Moreover, Serhiy participated in the international programs of IESE, underwent an internship at the Navarra University [Barcelona, Spain], as well as at the Consulting Center OWZ [Munich, Germany]. He also participated in an internship at the Wayne State University [Detroit, USA].
Mykhajlo graduated from the Lviv Politechnical Institute's Engeneering and Economics Department. He earned his PhD [thesis "Evaluation and Regulation of the Stock Exchange Activities and Brokerage Services"] in 1993. He also underwent internships at the Wayne State University [1995, Detroit, USA] and the Copenhagen Business School [1998]. Mykhajlo also worked at a consulting company “Dansk Management Forum” [Copenhagen, Denmark].
Throughout 1998-2001 he was an instructor and trainer of “Financial Management”, “Financial Accounting”, “Managerial Accounting”, “Project Analysis” and “Corporate Management” courses at the American-Ukrainian-Polish Consorcium for the Enhancement of Ukrainian Management Education. He was the first to host a distance-learning e-based course on “Financial Management” in Ukraine.
Currently, Mykhajlo works as a financial consultant in international and corporate projects. He was the head of the Financial Management and Accounting department at the Lviv Institute of Management. Since 2000, Mykhajlo works at kmbs. He teaches at the kmbs MBA program, holds corporate and open executive development programs in finance and heads corporate consulting projects, in particular those dealing with enterprises’ financial restructuring.
Since 2002 Mykhajlo is a Board Member of the PEKAO [Ukraine] bank. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, traveling, working with the PC, namely programming and web-design.

Natalka Moroz, kmbs' former Chief Brand Officer and current Chief Inspiration Officer ;) has graduated from The University of Cambridge Judge Institute of Management Studies [www.jims.cam.ac.uk] with a MPhil [Master of Philosophy] in Management Studies degree. Her thesis was "360-degree branding: applying the resource-based view of strategy to brand management" . While studying at the International Christian University [Kyiv] prior to that, Natalka worked at the marketing department of Danone’s Ukraine office and at an international NGO Internews Network, advocating for independent mass media development. In 2001 she led a unique research project in the field of human resources management for the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. She coauthored a series of case studies in leadership strategy and change management based on experiences of prominent Ukrainian and multinational companies.

Svitlana worked as a regional representative of Consortium for Enhancement of Ukrainian Management Education [CEUME]. Before that she managed MBA program at School of Business and Management at Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law. At this very business school Svitlana taught courses on presentation skills, sales techniques and marketing.
Svitlana graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University, psychological and pedagogical faculty. In 2004-2005 she studied at Warsaw School of Economics. Also Svitlana took part in WEMBA - joint project of Warsaw School of Economics and Minnesota University, had an internship in IESE business school, Navarra University [Barcelona, Spain] and in TOP$CORE company [Gauda, the Netherlands], took part in IFDP program for administrators in business education,
Svitlana took part in numerous consulting projects and corporate educational programs.

Pavlo laid the foundation of the team, which conceived, developed and is putting in action the concept of kmbs. Since 2004 he is a member of the Board of Central and East European Management Development Association [CEEMAN].
He obtained his MBA at Emory University in Atlanta, USA. He also holds a Graduate Management Program Certificate from the International Management Center in Budapest and Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh; as well as a Diploma in Economics from the Lviv State University.
In the past, he was an MBA Program Director at the International Management Institute [IMI-Kyiv], a Project Manager at the Open Society Institute in Budapest and an Assistant to a Ukrainian MP Viktor Pynzenyk.

Anna holds a PhD in Economics from the Kyiv State Economics University, as well as a Master's degree in Management Education from the University of Economics and Law [d’Aix-Marseille, France] and an efmd diploma in Management. She is an associate professor at the Kyiv Mohyla Academy. She worked at the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, the International Institute of Business and the Kyiv National Economics University. In August 2003, Mrs. Vlasova founded and now directs the School of HRM at kmbs.
Anna was a core team member in joint Human Resources Management researches run by the London Business School and the World Bank. She also underwent several internships at Canadian companies. She is a trainer and a consultant to a large number of Ukrainian companies. Her professional interests and areas of specialization include Principles of Management, Strategy, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management.

Mychailo Wynnyckyj holds a PhD in economic sociology with a focus on entrepreneurship in post-Soviet Ukraine from the University of Cambridge.
He worked for 7 years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lava Computer Mfg Inc., a Toronto-based PC hardware and interface card manufacturer. Under his management, the company expanded from 3 to over 60 employees and its markets grew to include North America, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
In 1997, he obtained a Master’s degree in Sociology and Politics of Modern Society at the University of Cambridge.
